SALON POLICIES

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equaling 50% of service total. “No shows” will result in a full charge of service price.  If you have three “no shows” with out contacting the salon, you will not be able to schedule a future appointment. 

CONFIRMATIONS                                                                                             

We send out confirmation emails as a curtesy to notify you of your appointment. It is your responsibility, however, to be aware of your appointment date and time, and to notify us if your contact information has changed. 

CHILDREN'S POLICY

Due to safety considerations, limited space, and in our effort to maintain a relaxing salon environment for all, we ask that you  do not bring your children unless they are being serviced by a service provider.
